You cook variedly in a creative team in our different kitchen areas. In addition to cooking and issuing food for our operating restaurant, one of your main tasks will be the preparation and execution of event and banquet events, which take place both at lunch and evening. You make sure that the HACCP guidelines are complied with in all areas of food production, output, storage and delivery. You actively shape regional, seasonal and sustainable dishes in consultation with the kitchen manager for intermediate meals, lunch meals, conferences and events. You process food sustainably for food production in all gastronomic areas and pay attention to the use of goods. You will present your cooked dishes at the front cooking and perform live finishing in a transparent kitchen.

You have a completed vocational training as a chef (m/w/d). You bring relevant professional experience from the upscale gastronomy of at least 3 years. You could acquire extensive knowledge of the kitchen. You place great value on service and customer orientation. Your team spirit paired with secure German skills complete your profile.
