Calculator HLSK - TGA / Quotation Calculation (m/f/d)

In your role as TGA-Kalkulator (m/w/d) you take over the independent calculation of the HLSK units for demanding and complex large-scale projects, taking into account the current market situation and economic conditions You carefully analyze and evaluate the tender documents of public and private clients You document and coordinate the offers in close coordination with the relevant specialist departments as well as other project participants and identify optimization and saving potentials within the tenders You work on the elaboration, evaluation and costing of special proposals as well as supplements for projects already calculated

You have at least 3 years of professional experience in an HLSK specialist company or a planning office of technical building equipment, ideally in costing or a comparable position You are characterized by well-founded industry knowledge and a very good understanding of the cost and price structures in the area of TGA You have a pronounced number affinity, analytical thinking, and a solution-oriented way of working. You work structured, independent and like to take responsibility You personally convince with discretion, reliability, resilience and strong team skills You bring fluent German skills with (C1)
