Together we continue to expand our fully automated 300 mm semiconductor production in Dresden: As a MEMS process developer, you are responsible for pre-development of novel unit processes / process modules for highly innovative future sensors in 300 mm You play a central role in transfer, adaption and development of new MEMS processes and equipment for our highly automated 300 mm line In cooperation with internal stakeholders research institutes for fundamental development and equipment vendors, you pave the way to industrialization and high-volume production In addition, you will carry out economic studies and cost comparisons of new processes, technologies and systems under the framework of technical implementation, capacities and future requirements Besides, you plan and execute experiments autonomously, coordinate the necessary analyses and evaluated the results in close cooperation with the team
