Takeover of the commercial administration in the logistics sector and support of the location management in all organizational matters, including direct reporting line to the location management Care and coordination of holiday and disease reports with the Tisoware electronic time recording system Installation of orders, execution of rebookings in SAP, support in the creation of customer bills and management of the hours of personnel service providers Support in operational personnel management, including the installation and management of personnel files, the creation of personal economic correspondence, and the clarification of employee concerns or Transfer to HR Manager Active participation in cross-area special tasks and contribution to the overall success of the team

Completed commercial vocational training or equivalent qualification Embossed service and customer orientation as well as safe and professional appearance Good MS Office knowledge, especially in Excel and Word First experience in the logistics environment Ideally existing SAP knowledge or in handling Tiwoware As well as Workday
