Development Engineer for Hydraulic Testing Machines (m/f/d)

You design and design hydraulically driven test machines and test tools for research, development and quality assurance. You take over the design and development of diverse customer projects – from the first idea to the successful implementation. You specify machines and mechanical components and provide their technical design. The management and support of development partners and suppliers (including those from Asia) is also part of your varied task. You develop the necessary manufacturing documents and test standards for smooth production and quality assurance. As a team player you are in good coordination with sales, product management, manufacturing, assembly, purchasing, technical documentation and service. You support the maintenance of our product portfolio and use efficient variant management to ensure a market-oriented and competitive offer. After a comprehensive, individual incorporation, you will be responsible for development projects taking into account quality, costs and schedule.

You have a degree in Dipl. -Ingenieur / Bachelor / Master Mechanical Engineering or comparable qualification successfully completed and bring several years of professional experience. You have well-founded practical knowledge of product development processes and methods as well as the dimensioning and calculation of machine elements. You have well-founded expertise in oil-hydraulic and understand their application in development. You have knowledge of the relevant guidelines and standards in mechanical engineering and are characterized by your organizational talent and team skills. Communication strength, self-initiative, enforcement ability and safe occurrence are your personal strengths. You have well-founded 3D CAD knowledge, e.g. with SolidWorks. You communicate safely in German and English in word and writing, Chinese language skills are advantageous. Also on occasional missions (China) will bring you willingness.
