You develop guidelines, create work regulations and make technical recommendations for the conceptual work of the department. You have a degree as Bachelor of Arts Social Work/Social Pedagogy with State Recognition or are state-approvedr Diplom-Social Workersin/Diplom-Social Pedagog*in You have expertise as well as multiannual experience in the field of child protection (certification as a child protection specialist desirable) and comprehensive knowledge of the statutory requirements of the Social Code (SGB) VIII, Child and Youth Strength Act (KJSG), National Child Protection Act (LKiSchG) and adjacent legal areas You know the workflows of the Office for Social Affairs and Youth and are willing to acquire this knowledge as soon as possible You have sound moderation techniques, a targeted consulting competence and a high level of communication skills.
