The insurance and pension department is responsible for the processing of insurance matters, contribution payments and all pension benefits. All organisational and work processes are coordinated in the department management.

In this varied activity, you take over the following tasks: Participation in measures taken by the organisation and the work of a insurance and pension department, and coordination of cooperation with other areas Contribute to opinions on business instructions and suggestions for improvement Evaluation of the so-called pension cases and suggestions of decisions Participation in the evaluation of statistics from all IT procedures, in particular the rv system Participation in the creation of databases and presentations for the department Execution of special tasks in the context of organisational studies and workflow planning Participation in the care of the IT users and IT procedures of the rv system Participation in decisions on the further procedure for device malfunctions and system failures Participation in the application and administration of hardware and software Leading Hardware Lists Editing tasks of area, space management Editing special tasks Working with projects

You have a Bachelor's degree or equivalent degree (Diplom FH) completed at a university (or college) or a completed administratively oriented vocational training They are safe in handling MS Word, MS Excel and statistics in particular with the PowerPivot function and ideally have experiences in working with HCL notes and databases They have a strong and comprehensible communication skills as well as a fast understanding and high problem solving competence Ideally, you have knowledge of pension and insurance law
