Self-supporting of a defined working group from entry to exit: creating work contracts, certificates and other personnel documents Cooperation with bodies and delegates under the participation schemes Coordination and control of job placement: advice of supervisors in the preparation of job descriptions, job advertisements and design/ implementation of the selection process Contact person for executives and employees in all personal and collective matters (TV-L) Care of the personnel data master files in relation to wage and billing-related adjustments and preparation of the billing Support for process optimization and personnel projects
