Monitoring and control of own and third-party supply systems and networks for the gas, heat and water divisions in disturbed and undisturbed operation with the aid of the process control system Detection and processing of operating irregularities in gas, heat and water supply systems and networks Fountain and clean water container management to ensure drinking water supply Optimum use of load control measures for load management Own-responsible maintenance of high-pressure gas supply and re-use of waterworks and storage pressure stations in the event of a malfunction 24/7 Disruption management for gas, water, heat and wastewater as well as alarming and coordination of destructive forces and foreign companies Responsible for the proper performance of tasks in compliance with laws, technical regulations, regulations, contracts, instructions, economics and corporate strategies Interchangeable shiftwork
