• Leadership of the team's direct staff in maintenance management with respect to legal and operational requirements
• Enforcement of requirements for work organisation and coordination of resource use in the field of control for maintenance levels at internal and external service providers
• Participation in the standardization and further development of the structures, work content and processes in compliance with relevant technical specifications
• Monitoring and analysis of the key figures in the area of responsibility and deriving of resulting measures

What you bring:

• a completed professional training, desirable with completed studies (Bachelor/FH diploma)
• Professional experience in the field of responsibility and leadership experience
• secure handling of MS-Office and SAP S/4 HANA
• good knowledge of the logistics system of the Bundeswehr
• independent, careful, structured and reliable functioning as well as high sense of responsibility
• Communication and team skills, convincing appearance, conflict and negotiation skills as well as the ability to motivate and promote employees
