Technical Event Planner (m/f/d)

Organizational, technical, personnel and logistical planning of events at our meeting facilities, as well as the preparation of feasibility studies and examination of technical documents from guest games Examination and assessment of the technical and organisational requirements of events taking into account the statutory provisions, in particular the SBauVO, and the requirements for occupational, accident and fire protection Creation of sounding and light concepts as well as technical documentation, in particular seating, stage and foyer plans, lists and calculations Planning coordination of the works involved and coordination with masters and experts regarding the planned events Planning and coordination of event-related operations and disposition of event equipment and appointment of external material and personnel Creation of service plans, offers and billings as well as communication and consulting of artists, customers and clients

Complete training as a specialist for event technology; ideally further training as a master of event technology 4–5 years of professional experience in the field of event technology and Event planning Good knowledge of SBauVO, fire protection and technical safety requirements, in particular load calculations, escape routes, risk assessments and test periods Safe handling of common CAD planning tools (e.g. Vectorworks, AutoCAD) and MS Office Experience in handling goods management and MRP software (e.g. EasyJob, Jobtura) as well as basic knowledge in technical planning, documentation and material management Teamability, self-motivation and independent working
