Make IT Services Experienceable – For a Modern, Digital Work World First-class IT support: As a central point of contact for our employees – via service tools and telephone – you are competent to support all questions concerning IT end devices, standard applications (Windows, MS Office, Teams, Outlook), browsers, permissions, O365 applications and ERP systems – for efficient and safe working in everyday life. Onboarding & Enablement: For a smooth digital start of our new employees, you will promote digital skills in the company. You develop our IT service tools in the O365 and Power Apps environment, implement internal digitalization initiatives and drive innovation projects. Modern IT solutions through Device Lifecycle and Client Management: From planning to procurement and configuration to output: You accompany the entire life cycle of our devices. Together with colleagues, you develop innovative concepts for modern IT infrastructures with a focus on Microsoft 365. IT infrastructure on site & Europe-wide: You will meet our IT and media infrastructure at Stuttgart headquarters and ensure a stable IT operation by traveling to our European locations. You tune with our international locations, coordinate external IT service providers and ensure a sustainably high service quality – in close cooperation with the IT services of Porsche AG. Client & Mobile Management: You support the operation and administration of our devices such as Windows Clients (SCCM), macOS devices (Jamf) as well as iOS and iPadOS devices (Microsoft Intune) and provide quick error analysis and solutions for powerful systems. A successfully completed master's degree in (economic) computer science, in the field of IT, engineering or comparable training 4years of professional experience in the field of IT service in a modern service company, technology consulting or in the tech/IT environment Found experience in project management and IT service management and its processes (ITIL), as well as deep understanding in the field of device management, preferably with Microsoft Intune Strong customer and service orientation, with a pronounced agile, independent, structured and professional working and hand-on mentality Open, team-oriented, empathic personality, high sense of responsibility and strong decision-making in critical issues in IT operations Excellent communication and presentation skills in German and English, with a deep understanding, to prepare complex issues in an address-oriented manner in order to advise different stakeholders in IT operations relevant questions Safe, sovereign appearance in cooperation with decision-makers and experience in the moderation of challenging topics
