Your tasks: Renter management: you take care of our tenants and communication with internal specialist departments, service providers and, if necessary, authorities. If you cancel, you will carry out the advances and take appropriate measures. Stock management: you set up the jobs for housing repair, commission the service providers and accept the services after repair. In addition, you accompany modernization measures and major repair measures as well as the tenant care and may also be responsible for the implementation of the tenants. In the course of this, you should have a look at and arrange the measures in the context of road safety. You also tax service providers in infrastructure management (housekeeper, green care etc.) Order and Damage Management: You check the contractual use of the objects and any damage compensation claims incurred as well as the implementation of the service providers' work in a timely and quality-oriented manner. In cooperation with the receivable management, you commission the deletions and accompany the execution. Efficiency enhancement & data maintenance: you develop suggestions for maintenance, investment and quarter development measures to improve profitability, envisage the master data in SAP and have the opportunity to take over exciting special projects. WEG administration: some of our stocks include a small part of WEG. So you should not be afraid to take over the management of housing owners' communities. In doing so, you plan, organize and conduct owner meetings, implement decisions in accordance with the law and ensure the proper maintenance and management of Community property.
