Your tasks:

You organize and coordinate help for our customers – from initial contact to medical support abroad. You advise and advise customers: individually around their medical emergency – by phone and in writing. You agree with insurance companies, service providers and partners and ensure smooth handling, e.g. the organisation of return journeys That's what you bring: Your experience in customer service is a plus, but not a must. The salary range for this position is in full time, depending on professional experience and qualification, 2.996 to approx. 3.395 gross per month (plus net supplements by layers).
