Team Leader Financial Accounting (m/f/d)

You take over the professional and disciplinary leadership of the team and promote its continuous development. You are responsible for all financial accounting including principal, creditor, debitor and asset accounting. You monitor existing accounting processes, identify optimization potentials and develop meaningful evaluations, analyses and reports for management. You support tax issues and are responsible for the timely creation of relevant reports. You actively participate in projects for the digitization and automation of financial and accounting processes. You ensure compliance with legal regulations and internal policies and processes.

You have a successfully completed study with a focus on finance, accounting or a comparable commercial training ideally with a further education on the account book holder. You bring several years of professional experience in financial accounting and have knowledge in your field of activity. You have ideally already gained first or several years of leadership experience. You have well-founded knowledge of HGB's accounting and sales tax law. You are sure to use common accounting programs and MS Office, especially Excel. You convince by an analytical way of thinking and a structured and solution-oriented way of working. You are characterized by communication strength, sense of responsibility and team capacity.
