As a certified SAP Customer Center of Expertise (CCOE), the HCC is the central service provider in the Land of Hessen for the operation and further development of the comprehensively used SAP systems. You are responsible for the stable and secure operation of the SAP Business Technology Platform (BTP) in a complex IT landscape. Ensure, analyze and troubleshoot the continuous availability of the platform while driving their further development actively. A focus of your activity is on the administration, configuration and monitoring of BTP services to ensure a performant and reliable platform operation. In close cooperation with various teams, you will also ensure the smooth transition from development projects to the company and thus contribute significantly to sustainable and scalable platform use.

Applicable university education or equivalent skills and experience acquired in practice Knowledge of German in Word and Writing on C1 level Application knowledge and experience: In handling SAP technologies – also in the cloud environment In operation and administration of system platforms, in particular the SAP BTP In the ITIL environment (Incident, Change, Problem Management) Required knowledge and/or experience: In the administration and monitoring of SAP BTP (care account structures, provision and monitoring of services etc.) Configuring and maintaining the SAP Build Workzone You can also bring this with you: You work in a structured and independent manner and keep track of complex tasks.
