For our central ambulance, we are looking for two Senior Consultant (m/w/d) – Key Area Share of jobs: 100% The place is indefinite.

Friendly, competent and professional communication with patients on the phone Structured collection of in-depth concerns as well as professionally sound assignment to the relevant ambulance or to the relevant specialist area Independent organization, coordination and documentation of incoming telephone requests Date management for the central ambulance taking into account specified procedures and medical conditions Processing and documentation of response messages Coordination and processing of incoming emails via the central mail account Shipment of questionnaires as well as care and administration of waiting lists Close cooperation with medical and administrative areas of central ambulance Cooperation in other MFA-typical areas of application of the central ambulance (e.g. registration, service, administrative activities) as required

Senior Consultant (m/w/d) Secure basic medical understanding for the structured collection of concerns Embossed communication skills, empathy and a professional appearance – especially on the phone Structured, reliable and independent operation Very good expressiveness in word and writing Safe handling of common office and communication systems readiness to work into the processes of a central medical area Openness and flexibility for cooperation in MFA-typical areas of application of the central ambulance according to the qualification
