As Head of Financial Accounting (m/w/d), you take responsibility for our entire accounting and actively develop our processes, structures and your team. Your tax know-how makes you the decisive savings partner for management, auditors and consultants – and gives you a central role in our company.

Full time, unlimited

You guide the accounting team professionally and disciplinefully – with a view to people and processes. You are responsible for the correct accounting according to HGB (optionally also IFRS) and for transparent financial statements. You control the creation of monthly, quarterly and annual accounts in cooperation with controlling and auditors. You ensure compliance with all legal requirements in accounting and tax matters. You are our expert in taxes – from sales tax to corporate tax to provisions and billing prices. You continuously develop processes, systems and interfaces and accompany digitization projects. You take responsibility in liquidity management and work closely with treasury and management. You coordinate external partners such as tax advisors, auditors and authorities. You actively contribute to strategic financial projects, such as restructuring.

A completed study of the BWL, with a focus on accounting, finance, taxes – or a comparable qualification (e.g. as an accounting officer/financial accountant). Multiannual experience in financial accounting with leadership experience. Funded knowledge in tax law and accounting according to HGB – ideally also IFRS. Practice with ERP systems and a good sense for process optimization. Clarity in communication, a structured working style and leadership skills.
