For our location in Gummersbach, we are looking for a dedicated deputy area management (m/w/d) with the option to transport to the area management to take care of employee transfer and personal care in the area of Medical & Care. Stellv.

Your tasks: -- Contact person for applicants: You are the first contact for applicants from the fields of medicine and care and accompany them throughout the entire application process – from the first conversation to wage negotiations to the recruitment talk. -- Care and advice: You take care of all questions about the contractual relationship between your employees and ensure transparent and clear communication. -- Personally responsible ad management: You switch and manage job advertisements on our recruiting channels and make sure that the open positions are as visible as possible. -- Support and advice of our customers: You are available to our customers as a competent contact person and take care of their requests and concerns. -- link between the levels: You act as a link between the location, the area management and the management and contribute to the effective cooperation of all levels. -- Ensure success of the site: Together with your team and the management level, you are responsible for the successful further development of the location and the achievement of the corporate goals.
