The Schwarz IT supports the entire digital infrastructure and all software solutions of the companies of the Schwarz Group. It is therefore responsible for selecting, providing and operating as well as further developing IT infrastructures, IT platforms and business applications. In order to optimally support the departments through IT solutions in their business processes, the Schwarz IT takes up the requirements of the departments in consultations and works together with these professional and efficient IT solutions. You implement customer and employee surveys and thereby create valuable insights This also includes the provision of accurate evaluation tools Advising the subject areas with regard to the survey methodology to be used is one of your extended tasks You can secure the Incident Management for your solutions As a responsible expert of your solutions, you are responsible for budget planning, IT governance and control of your external SaaS partners Pre-sales activities complete your range of tasks, e.g. implementation of system demos, offering scaling

You have successfully completed a study of (economic) informatics, economics or a comparable training and brings professional experience with You have practical experience in (agile) IT implementation and operating processes (e.g. ITIL, Jira) You have basic knowledge in Java Script You work precise and quality-conscious You speak and write fluent German and English JOBV1_EN
