For our highly motivated Bid & Proposal Management team in the Homeland Security Division, we are looking for your smart head for one of our locations in Bonn, Eschborn or Essen at the closest possible time. The Bid & Proposal Management is responsible for creating and submitting offers to win new orders for the company: After a company or a contracting entity has published an invitation to tender in which it specifies that it needs something, for example the delivery of computers, we create an offer in which we explain how we can meet the requirements and how much it will cost. After this offer has been submitted in due time, all offers received will be compared and the best selected. The details are then clarified in contract negotiations and the contract is finally signed. Our main goal is to get the desired orders through convincing and high quality offers.

You support the Bid & Proposal Management in creating competitive and future-oriented offerings for national and international award procedures Together with the team, you opt for the present templates for appointments, presentations and offer documents You take administrative tasks independently, introduce creative ideas and accompany the entire Bid process together with the team You support the development of optimal supply strategies through thorough research as well as compilation of company and industry information as well as preparation of Lessons Learned To ensure consistent external supply communication, you process editorial texts and pay attention to the customer's requirements and internal guidelines You work in the preparation, execution and preparation of (virtual) meetings as well as presentations with
