As a construction manager, you take over the independent management of construction projects in civil and road construction – in technical and personnel terms. You are the central contact person for your clients and convince by your professional competence. You will always find the best solution for all parties involved in consultations and negotiations. Planning work preparation for various construction projects in civil and road construction is your responsibility. You are responsible for the disposition of personnel, machines and material according to internal cost and schedule. A central part of your work is the coordination and control of the construction sites with regard to the construction process, execution and execution. You always have a look at quality, timekeeping and cost status. You are responsible for the timely and correct preparation of the billings of your construction sites. Through your participation in offering skalkulation and coordination of subcontractors, you will ensure economical and smooth processes. Certainly, you will take care of compliance with all relevant laws and regulations as well as binding, locally valid standards and guidelines in civil and road construction. As an enthusiastic construction technician, you always keep up to date about the current state of the art. For your area of competence, organize and run regular construction meetings and thus ensure a smooth flow of information within your building management.
