Ensuring the correct operating state of electrical installations and technical building equipment Independent analysis and troubleshooting as well as continuous optimization of technical operations Implementation of maintenance, inspections and repairs on building equipment including systematic troubleshooting Monitoring and coordination of specialist companies and after-contractors in maintenance and maintenance Support in ensuring high plant availability and operational safety

Completed training as an electronic, electrician, power plant electronics, electronics for operating technology, for energy and building technology, electrical installer or a comparable electrotechnical qualification Knowledge of operating technology, energy and building technology or automation and system technology Ideally first professional experience in technical building operation or facility management Motivational career starters with readiness for learning and training are also welcome German knowledge at least at level B2, driving licence class B and independent and reliable operation
