Full-time Head of Finance (m/f/d)

Total responsibility for financial and accounting Compilation of monthly and annual accounts according to HGB for 4 domestic companies, monitoring and coordination of accounting and completion of 3 foreign companies Leadership and further development of a team Building a sustainable external reporting and trusting cooperation with tax advisors, auditors and banks Building an efficient internal reporting system, tracking budget requirements and controlling and ensuring group liquidity Internal project management for an upcoming ERP migration, coordination with an external, IT-loaded project manager Further development of processes, systems and control logics in a system-driven environment, e.g. for warehouses, sales, HR, legal etc.

Completed economic studies or comparable training with additional qualifications Multiannual experience in responsible leadership in finance with broad operational performance in the middle class Strong understanding of processes along procurement, stocks, systems and interfaces, focusing on goods management or online systems Leadership that develops mindsets, enables performance and gives orientation IT Affinity and sound ERP knowledge (MS-Navision of advantage) Good knowledge of English
