• A completed training as Kfz-Mechatroniker/-in and ideally a further training for Kfz-Master/-in.
• Guidance experience: You know how to guide a team motivated and strong.
• Technical skills: diagnostic tools and modern IT systems are familiar to you.
• Loadability, reliability and a solution-oriented approach
• Joy in optimizing processes and introducing new ideas
