As a section and exchange, you will be on the topic ''Frühe Hilfen''''' contact person for families in the district Darmstadt-Dieburg. You are responsible for the offer of the department and develop it as needed by the families. You support the development and development of networks within youth assistance and social space and support the network partners from the healthcare sector as well as child and youth assistance. Together with your colleague, you are responsible for coordinating the network 'Frühe Hilfen'' of LaDaDi. Your tasks include the maintenance and implementation of procedures for stress and risk assessment in families. Furthermore, you evaluate and document your consulting and networking work and are responsible for the public and press work of the department.

You are a state-recognized social workerin, social educationin or medical education*in with completed higher education, alternatively you have a degree in pedagogy, a bachelor's degree in education or childhood education. Ideally, you have already gained professional experience in youth assistance and have additional training in the field of counselling and knowledge of binding research. Your strengths include a pronounced degree of organizational skills and an independent and structured way of working. A high communicative and social competence distinguishes you as well as your moderation and networking capability. You work routined with all MS Office applications, especially with Excel. You have a class B licence and ideally have their own car.
