Ensuring all care issues Training of all employees of Attends GmbH in care-relevant topics Leadership and Development of the Examined Professional Adviser Organisation in close coordination with Head B2B Sales Support and advice in the development of new work processes and concepts to increase quality, workflows and new offers for customers National support of the marketing department in product development and product introduction to take account of market-relevant requirements Participation in international projects in coordination with marketing in the international environment

Completed professional and commercial training or comparable qualification Very good practical and theoretical knowledge of care Knowledge of the requirements of end users and all processes in the prescription business Experience in managing project teams and working in international projects Management experience Very good communication skills, also in English in word and writing Ability to translate into different perspectives Focus on problem solving and high readiness to travel (national and international) Presence in office Schwalbach temporarily required
