Define and drive the EMEA product vision and long-term product strategy, translating consumer and market insights into revenue-driving product and assortment strategies Own franchise and marketplace management across EMEA, ensuring long-term market relevance through segmentation and a clear product roadmap Lead assortment planning and consumer-right price architecture across short-, mid- and long-term horizons, aligned with business and financial objectives Co-own pricing and margin strategies, driving revenue growth, portfolio optimization and reduced assortment complexity Co-lead the end-to-end Go-to-Market process for EMEA and present product strategies and assortments to internal and external stakeholders Lead, develop and inspire a team of Senior Managers and Managers while aligning cross-functional teams behind a shared strategy Drive market, consumer and competitive analysis to identify growth opportunities and fuel innovation Lead transformation and change initiatives within the merchandising organization and represent the function at senior leadership level

10+ years of experience within footwear and/or fashion/lifestyle brands including 5+ years in Product Merchandising and 3-5 years of leadership experience managing senior teams Proven ability to define and execute long-term product strategies, roadmaps and assortment plans Deep expertise in franchise management, marketplace management and merchandising processes Strong commercial acumen with expertise in pricing, margin management, P&L ownership and portfolio optimization Data-driven mindset with strong analytical skills and a deep understanding of EMEA market dynamics, consumer behaviour and trends Proven experience across the end-to-end product lifecycle and Go-to-Market processes Demonstrated success leading transformation and change initiatives in complex, matrixed organizations Inspiring leadership style combined with strong stakeholder management, communication and influence Excellent presentation and storytelling capabilities with senior leadership exposure Fluent verbal and written English skills
