About the company

Our client is an internationally active company with a modern HR system landscape and an ambitious HR digitization agenda. In the course of further professionalization of HR processes, the team is expanded by a newly created position. You act as an interface between HR disciplines, business stakeholders and external system partners and ensure smooth cooperation. You analyze technical requirements and translate them into sustainable solutions within the existing HR system landscape. You accompany the continuous development of modern HR processes and introduce their own ideas for optimizing digital processes. You support the introduction of new HR initiatives and ensure that processes are efficiently, standardized and user-friendly. You coordinate requirements with external service providers and question existing solutions constructively. You create process documentation, define standards and ensure transparency within the HR application landscape. You support international projects for the development of HR systems and actively implement the requirements of the local organisation. You play a central role in the sustainable use and further development of existing HR technologies.

You have a degree or a comparable qualification with respect to human resources, business or IT. You bring practical experience in the environment of HR systems, HR processes or HR digitization. You have already worked as a key user, HR system supervisor or in a comparable function. You have practical experience with SAP SuccessFactors, ideally in the modules Employee Central and/or Onboarding. You understand the requirements of HR disciplines and can translate them into technical requirements in a structured manner. You convince by analytical skills, a structured way of working and pronounced communication strength. You perform sovereignly and can successfully coordinate different interests. You communicate safely in German and well to very well in English.

You actively shape the further development of a modern HR system landscape. You play a visible role in a growing international environment with short decision-making paths. You mainly work remotely with flexible working hours and occasional presence at the Mannheim site. You become part of a dedicated and dynamic team with high self-responsibility.
