Your mission: Leading technology, shaping the future In this role, you combine process engineering, special plant construction and leadership – with a noticeable influence on the company. You take step by step:

1. Leadership & Building a Strong Technology Team Professional and disciplinary responsibility for:development: from individual developments to highly individual customer solutions Application management: advice on design, definition and execution of complex customer systems Technikum / Labor: You make real innovation drivers from experimental plants

You become the central contact person for your team – and form a department to which you leave when it becomes really demanding. Two. Technical excellence in customer contact You bring complex technology to the point – towards sales, management and customer You represent our company at trade fairs, conferences and local customers You are on the move where new ideas are created, tested and made a reality 3. Troubleshooter*in special cases With delicate service cases you are the person who creates clarity You develop pragmatic, clean solutions – and thus ensure real customer satisfaction instead of only troubleshooting. 4. Strategy & Business Development Direct cooperation with management Member of the management team You are not only talking with – your voice has weight You develop the talent forging department and make it a motor for innovation in the company

Your background Study of process engineering, mechanical engineering, plastics engineering or comparable Multiannual experience in plant engineering / special plant construction You know at least one of the fields: development, process engineering or commissioning First leadership experience – e.g. as an assistant manager or in the project management Healthy mix of technical depth and business understanding Your way to think and lead You disassemble complex systems in understandable, manageable building blocks – and bring them together again to an intelligent solution You perform cooperatively: empowering instead of controlling, developing instead of just delegating and want to act as a coach and mentor Pressure doesn't scare you – you stay calm, clear and focused even when it gets hot You love to discuss in the team, challenge positions and finally celebrate the best solution What drives you You burn for technical excellence – but only if You generate real added value to the customer You are curious, want to understand, try, improve You reflect on yourself, get active feedback and want to grow personally and professionally
