Control building projects: You coordinate the turnkey construction with a view to quality, dates and costs. Support Lean Management, Tactics and BIM models The Ensure quality: You ensure professional execution according to technical rules and GOLDBECK standards Responsibility: As a responsible construction manager (m/w/d) after LBO, you are responsible for your construction site Post-company control: You create performance directories, accompany the award and monitor the execution Coordination of own services: You bind the GOLDBECK's own performances precisely into the construction process Control costs: You enter services, create bills and control project costs Projects successfully handed over: You accompany the final phase of the project from the first functional test to the defect-free transfer to the customer

You have completed your studies in the field of civil engineering, architecture or economic engineering construction. Alternatively, you have a further education on the technician/master (m/w/d) You bring relevant professional experience in the construction management of turnkey construction projects with You have knowledge in the fields of costing, VOB, contracting and execution planning With your structured work, your team spirit and your clear communication, you create orientation and make reliable decisions You have a class B driving licence
