With us in Weimar it is important for us that old care does not always go fast and husch husch. This is due to the fact that we have fewer residents coming to a nursing or care professional than in some other institutions. This is particularly appreciated by colleagues who have previously worked in a hospital or nursing home.

We are proud of one of the most historical and culturally important places in Germany that were allowed to open the seventh advita branch in Thuringia. In the Weimar-Nord district, we offer panoramic views in the newly created advita house various forms of living and utilities, which all have one goal: to enable the inhabitants to live as independently as possible.

Our clients are supplied directly in the community. For example, we support professional caregivers or household workers who take away a lot of work and make the job more comfortable in the care of the elderly. The willingness to work in the layer system is mandatory for us.

We are looking for at the next possible time for the Pflege-Wohngemeinschaft. The body shall be occupied in full or parttime**.

Tasks

• Support for leisure activities (e.g. walks, talks)
• Support for basic care (e.g. assistance in washing, dressing and toilet)
• Support for mobility (e.g. assistance in getting up, walking and climbing stairs)
• Food support (e.g. preparation of meals, food assistance)

Preconditions

• Experience in dealing with the client
• Positive lifestyle and ability to work in the team
• Entry is also possible as a cross-release, an already completed LG 1 training is advantageous
