You take over the leadership of the Accounting Team (> 8 employees) and are responsible for all relevant accounting and tax topics of the Group (more than 20 companies) internationally. In close cooperation with the Group CFO, you are driving forward the operational and strategic development of our financial function – from structures to systems. You tax the tax declaration including VAT and secure the tax compliance of the group of companies in close cooperation with our external consultants. You are the first contact person:in all accounting and tax topics and coordinates cooperation with tax consultants, business and business auditors. You accompany and run projects in the Accounting area, actively shape new processes and take on the further development of our IT systems. You can also participate in transactions, finance topics, etc.
You have completed your studies in the field of economics, ideally focusing on accounting, accounting or the like, as well as professional training, such as the international accounting officer. You have several years of professional experience in the Accounting area, with leadership responsibility. IFRS knowledge and experience in a Big4 company are of advantage. You are routined in dealing with current MS Office programs and are ideally already experienced in working with DATEV, SAP Business One or Lucanet.
