Your mission – diversity instead of unity As Head of Construction in Stock (m/w/d), you are in the middle of it only: you control versatile construction projects in high- and industrial construction in the Stuttgart area: Baustellemanager – You are responsible for the execution of demanding projects in the Stuttgart area (project volume from EUR 15 million) in high and industrial construction. Project manager – you have the overall responsibility for your projects – on time, economic and qualitative terms. Control your budget and execution with a clear view You can complete all phases of the project in a successful way. Leadership Personality – You coordinate and control your construction managers and polishers independently. You create clear structures, make binding decisions and ensure efficient and quality-oriented implementation at the construction site. Building partner management – The assignment, coordination and evaluation of construction partners is in your hands. You select strategically, perform professionally and permanently secure high performance standards. Negotiating designer – whether contracting entity, building partner or other project participants – You conduct negotiations with a targeted, sovereign and eye-level. Also in challenging situations, you keep an overview and represent the interests of your project clearly and legally binding. What we wish: (m/w/d) or an architect (m/w/d) or a graduate as a technician (m/w/d) with comparable knowledge. Industriekenner & Entwicklungstalent – You bring at least 5 – 8 years of professional experience as project or superstructure manager (m/w/d) and have proven project management experience with complex communication structures. You also have experience in building contract law (VOB and BGB) as well as in occupational safety and environmental regulations. Ideally, you will also have experience in building and will be familiar with the special technical, organizational and building logistics challenges of existing projects. Digital affinity & future-oriented – you feel safe in dealing with Microsoft Office and have knowledge in design-specific applications such as iTWO, PowerProject and DALUX.
