Working Student Digital Document Management & IT Processes (m/f/d)

You support the Business Applications department during the operation and further development of our document management system (DMS). As part of this, you will first and perform request-based functional tests (test cases, test documentation, result evaluation). You will be puggling and developing the User Manual as well as the training documents for the DMS. Smaller subprojects and task packages are your own success. You work closely with our departments (e.g. projects, sales, purchasing, controlling). You get interesting insights into many core processes of the company.

You are a student in the course of study (economic) informatics, economic engineering or a similar course of study. Your structured way of working distinguishes you and you could already acquire your first IT skills in your studies or elsewhere. We also require a safe handling of MS-Office and an independent operation. In addition, you have a lot of pleasure in teamwork, openly and are always reliable and committed.
