Senior Consultant (m/divers/w) Your future tasks:

• Strategically develop our vocational training and promotion
• As a university officer (w/divers/m) and training manager, you are a contact person for our students and trainees
• Creating and organizing curricular annual planning
• Planning, organizing and coordinating educational events for our young talent
• Participation in working groups and projects

To do this, bring:

• Completed studies (Bachelor/FH) in the field of vocational and economic education or similar studies
• Knowledge of university and training structures
• Knowledge of the concept development, project work and methods of young and human resources
• In-depth knowledge in the field of competence-oriented education and training
• Team skills, social competence and communication strength
