Establishment and scaling of an internal, corporate financial and wage accounting structure for the group Selection, introduction and continuous development of a modern technology stack focusing on automation, efficiency and data integrity Own-responsible implementation of the change of external tax advisors to internal accounting (“insourcing”) taking into account operational, legal and tax requirements Building and guiding a lean in-house team within the newly built system landscape
Complete business studies with a focus on accounting/finance or comparable qualification (e.g. balance sheet holder:in) Multiannual experience in financial and wage accounting, ideally in a fast-growing or medium-sized environment Experience in building in-house accounting structures and processes of advantage Hands-on mentality, self-initiative and entrepreneurial thinking
