Type of employment: Unlimited Working time: Full time Place of work: Oberding You are the first contact for our customers in Team Airport with regard to all technical and service-oriented issues at the Schwaig site. You analyse our service contracts with regard to predefined KPIs and use the tools specified by the key account. You coordinate and monitor our service activities and plan and control the resources to be deployed. In addition, you develop and implement Service Level Agreements tailored to key accounts and continuously check compliance with the contractually owed power core. You organize and document internal and external Service Review meetings and advise key accounts regarding new services and solutions. You agree on processes and material requirements on site at the respective key account, with the client and team-internal, coordinating and controlling technical personnel and subcontractors. You continuously develop customer-specific service processes and develop optimization potentials with the superior goal of increasing quality and customer satisfaction. You participate in project controlling and follow-up management, as well as create and check billing documents. You are responsible for compliance with statutory and regulatory regulations and standards, as well as internal and external requirements (e.g.: ISO 9000, ANÜ, operating agreements). You are open to interdisciplinary cooperation in the Key Account Team.

Training: completed technical or commercial vocational training, ideally with further training to the state-tested technician, technical farmer or comparable qualification.
