Group Management Operational Logistics (m/f/d)

Together with your team, you will ensure a smooth running of the daily business. You take the interface function between the team leaders (w/m/d) and the warehouse management. You coordinate, monitor and optimise the operational processes and processes. You monitor and control productivity in your task. You will participate in a demand-oriented personnel, resources and holiday planning. You are actively working on achieving the defined performance, service and quality indicators. You ensure compliance with operational regulations and work instructions. You conduct personal talks, coordinate the integration and support the promotion and further development of employees in the area. You are responsible for monitoring compliance with occupational safety and environmental regulations incl. Instructions and compliance with the standards for order and cleanliness in the assigned areas.

You have logistical vocational training or logistical professional experience. You bring good knowledge in the logistics sector. You could already gain relevant practical experience as a manager. You can demonstrate good knowledge about the MS Office programs and common warehouse management programs. You have a safe handling of key figures (e.g. productivity, quantity planning, quality measurement, etc.). You have very good knowledge of German and good basic knowledge in English, in both words and writing. You draw your attention through communication skills in contact with different interfaces as well as through cooperation willingness and joy in motivating and inspiring employees. You have fun in developing existing structures and processes and are customer-oriented.
