Assessment of the design and effectiveness of the internal control and risk management system with a focus on credit and credit risk methodology Participation in the assessment and assessment of the ability to provide capital, the creation of re-ratings, engagement monitoring, non-performing-loans incl. Risk provision, collateral assessments and credit risk methods Self-assessment of work packages as part of team reviews and continuous audits on allocated topics and activities Continuous professional further development and increase of responsibility with the opportunity to take on first audit lines and build up corresponding experiences Cross-sectoral networking and assessment of the implementation of bank and supervisory requirements Production of acceptance in the field of test results and identified requirements Identification of possible interfaces to other work packages and active exchange in the test team Support services for professional enquiries, follow-up, audit planning and risk analysis

Higher education or comparable training, preferably with a focus on economics, economic engineering or comparable qualifications (even with quantitative priorities) At least 3 to 5 years of professional experience in the bank-specific environment of an auditing company, supervisory authority, internal audit or credit-related departments Knowledge on credit and credit risk methods, including regulatory frameworks, in particular the ECB’s regulated environment Communication skills, analytical and quantitative skills Structured, solution-oriented approach and good time management Ready to complete a professional certification (e.g. CIA) Knowledge of database evaluations (e.g. Python, R) and an affinity for the use of supporting AI tools desirable Good English knowledge of word and writing Teamplayer mentality and openness for new topics and innovative approaches
