In our air freight team you bring things in motion with clever offers, strong customer relationships and smooth processes. And for that we need you. Possible locations: Hannover, Köln, Düsseldorf or Bielefeld. How to introduce yourself You first and follow individual air freight forwarders (import, export, crosstrade) for our customers and Kühne+Nagel branches You negotiate self-contained rates with carriers and service providers You develop new business opportunities and customize offers for existing customers You work closely with sales, operational departments and carriers You think, introduce new ideas and help recover lost customers You analyze the booking behavior of our customers with targeted reports and redesign cost structures to achieve higher final rates. You advise comprehensively on transportation and loading by air freight competently and solution-oriented You are a competent contact person in our organization and are in regular contact with our customer service and sales team to maintain long-term and partner customer relationships

Successfully completed training in the field of forwarding and logistics services or a comparable qualification Professional experience in air freight, ideally also in the field of pricing Very good MS Office knowledge Teamability, loadability and good communication skills Economic thinking and action Very good German and good English skills
