Are you excited about innovative technologies and want to take responsibility in managing technical development projects? Then you will become part of our team in development management and actively participate in exciting projects from concept phase to implementation. As a technical manager (m/w/d), you take responsibility for the concept and offer phase until the completion of the development. Make sure that mechatronic developments are successfully implemented in compliance with time, cost, quality and maturity.

Your duties include: Transfer of technical management of projects from the supply phase to the conception to the conclusion of development Taxation and coordination of development activities in interdisciplinary teams Professional leadership and further development of technical development teams Ensure compliance with time, cost and quality objectives Coordination and cooperation with internal and external contact persons and specialist departments Monitoring the progress of the project as well as early detection, analysis and solving problems from a holistic system understanding performing system integration and identifying and eliminating errors Taxes and coordination of suppliers and subcontractors Active participation and implementation of new concepts and strategic development projects

Complete technical studies, preferably in electrical engineering, mechatronics, mechanical engineering, industrial engineering or comparable Multiannual professional experience in technical project management Experience in the technical and methodical management of development projects Motivation to take responsibility for people and teams Knowledge of tools like Jira, Confluence, DOORS, Enterprise Architect or MS Project are beneficial German and English knowledge in word and writing Structured, independent and solution-oriented mode of operation Embossed communication skills and team orientation Strong process understanding and the ability to penetrate complex relationships Reliability and a high sense of responsibility Design will and clarity in decisions Willingness to take responsibility readiness to travel
