• You take responsibility for the design, implementation and optimization of complex data pipelines and cloud architectures based on Azure and Databricks. Make scalable Data Lakes and Data Warehouses and make sure that hybrid platforms run efficiently and safely.
• Your everyday life is anything but standard: once you control challenging end-to-end integrations with Python, SQL, Spark and Azure Data Factory, you bring DevOps principles into practice with CI/CD, test automation and infrastructure as code (terraform).
• In addition, you advise our customers on data strategies, cloud governance and best practices in data engineering and show them how they use the full potential of modern platforms.
• You're not just machinist or macher, you're also leader. You guide project teams, keep budgets and timelines in mind and strengthen your colleagues through coaching, code reviews and best practices. So you create structures that work for successful customer projects as well as for the further development of our teams.

Here you come to us

• At least five years of experience in cloud data engineering with Microsoft Azure & Databricks
• Deep know-how in data integration, data architecture and cloud data management
• Experience in architectural design and reference architectures for modern data platforms
• Project or subproject management incl. Responsibility for budgets and timelines
• Consultancy, combined with clear communication and safe occurrence
• German and English skills
• Advantages: Terraform Experience, Software Development, Azure/Databricks Certifications
• A completed study in Computer Science, Business Informatics, Mathematics, Physics or a related subject
