You will strengthen the Corporate Transformation team by co-creating innovative concepts to mobilise the organization and shape the culture of RWE. supporting projects and workshops (preparation, implementation and documentation). presentations to prepare for decisions on senior leadership level e.g. the Executive Board.

You are currently enrolled in a bachelor's or master's program with an excellent academic record (as a bachelor student, you have completed your first 3 semesters already). You were able to gain previous experience from similar (e.g. internships, student assistant, project experience) preference in one of the areas of change, lean, agile, digital/ AI ororganisational development. You have a passion for change management and ideally already have some experience in supporting change topics. You have high ambitiouss to familiarise yourself with new topics and customer-oriented questions. You are balancing by a structured and independent way of working and bring a high degree of conscientiousness coupled with a high level of commitment. You enjoy working in teams with an open feedback culture. You have fluent English language skills (spoken and written) You have a high proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 with strong PowerPoint skills, and a general interest to work with state-of-the-art technologies like GenAI. Advantageous, but not essential German language skills.
