(m/d) Kita Nest (U3) in Berlin We are the Juwo – Kita gGmbH from Berlin, a subsidiary of the free children's and youth support institution youth residences in Kiez. Children and their families are at our hearts. Therefore, our six kitas can be found in the gravel where our commitment is most urgently needed. From now on or at the next possible time we are looking in parttime with at least 32-35 hours a week's educatorin / social pedagogical specialist (w/m/d) for the nest area (U3) of the district-Kita Blücherstraße in Berlin - Kreuzberg. The Kita Blücherstraße was opened in November 2019 (U7 Gneisenaustr/Südstern). It offers space for 80 children on 3 floors and in a spacious garden. As a team, we have found ourselves very well since the opening. We respect the different workings of our colleagues and we are moving towards working. Your duties as an educatorin / social pedagogical specialist (m/w/d) in the five-member team of our nest area, promote and support the 20 youngest according to the Berlin educational program You often go to 1:1 contact and have in mind what the children need You communicate with different means, including using your mimics and gestures to create a fostering relationship with children and to support them in their language development Careful activities such as B.
