You support our field management in the fields of kitas, pedagogy and our Lacrima Children's Trough Project in a conscientious and responsible manner. You provide fresh ideas and the effective implementation of projects in the team. Together with the Head of Department, you take over the strategic management, quality development and overall organisational responsibility for four Frankfurter Kindertageseinrichtungen (two cribs and two kitas), often as an interface between regional executive, kita teams and caregivers, connecting the pedagogical work with management tasks, with good organizational strength, communication among your central skills. You also support the Kita teams in terms of organisational and in case of need (in case of disease failures) and also take over the representation of the Kitas, Education and Lacrima area at job fairs as well as information events. You also help us in recruiting and public relations in close coordination with the departments responsible for this. You support our department management in the administrative activity that accrues to the Johanniter School in Münzberg/Gambach. In our Lacrima Kindertrauerprojekt, you will accompany the development of the project in close consultation with the project management. In addition to the field of kitas, pedagogy and lacrima, the regional association offers you a wide range of insights into numerous other fields, such as work with refugees, as well as adult education in our rescue school JATZ. You have completed educational training and already first experience in the kita or team management. Strong organizational skills and time management are beneficial. A completed training in the field of BEP expert advice or ISEF is desirable.
