We are looking for a:n lime ulator:in full or part time: Own-sponsored creation of supply calculations of construction-im-stock projects, as well as other projects in raw and engineering construction Implementation of price requests for subcontractors and suppliers Development of variants and special proposals Creation of order calculation and calculatory support in the design Evaluation and verification of costing characteristics

Complete study in the field of civil engineering, architecture or comparable training (e.g. as a construction technician:in) Insufficient professional experience in a comparable position (construction management etc.) are advantageous User knowledge in a billing and calculation program (ideally RIB iTWO) are desirable We offer a careful and comprehensive integration by our motivated team High level of sense of responsibility, especially for economic thinking and action Reliability and independent and careful operation Commitment and team skills
