completed training in the field of optics or medical training or High school studies with extensive experience in ophthalmological surgery in ophthalmological practices or clinics multi-year sales experience in medical technology or optics well-founded knowledge of the German ophthalmology market, its customer segments and market drivers Understanding workflow processes in practices and clinics as well as knowledge of relevant legal requirements in healthcare safe occurrence in negotiations and dealing with decision-makers as well as strong communication and team skills high self-motivation, flexibility and pronounced analytical, organizational and solution-oriented skills safe handling of MS Office and digital communication and presentation media high readiness and willingness to work in the home office good English skills
