When building new locations and recycling plants, you will take early responsibility in the planning, control and implementation of construction and reconstruction projects, always with a view to technical safety and plant engineering requirements In close cooperation with internal and external partners as well as authorities, you continuously expand your network in the construction, technology and waste management world Approval and ad procedures prepare carefully and accompany them until successful implementation With each project phase, you will learn more about the technical, safety-relevant and operational processes of our sites and develop a comprehensive understanding of our operational business As a reliable support for the management, you create decision-making bases, accompany location developments and bring your expertise in a targeted manner Developing through growing responsibility in projects and operational everyday life Step by step towards a future guide role

You have a Bachelor's degree programme, for example in economic engineering, construction management or a comparable technical field. You could already gain first insights into building projects, approval processes or operational site development A strong technical understanding, in particular for building and plant topics, facilitates your entry into our projects Your operation is structured and reliable, while communicating clearly and legally with internal and external contacts You bring a pragmatic hands-on mentality with you and have the pleasure of actively advancing projects You like to take responsibility, design with you and want to develop step by step into a future leadership role
