As a department manager, you run your area professionally and disciplinaryly, promote your team according to our company values and are the interface to the management. You plan and control the cost budget and its compliance, are versed in handling the key figures of your area of responsibility and carry out corrective measures in case of deviations. You coordinate and optimize the operational processes, monitor and implement safety and quality standards in the field of technology. You create maintenance and repair plans and monitor their compliance. You pick up offers and conduct price negotiations with companies.

You work closely with business and professional departments as well as external service providers. In doing so, design and plan processes, supervise projects, set goals and ensure their implementation.

You have a degree in the technical field or have successfully completed an apprenticeship as industrial and craftsman / industrial and craftsman or in the field of mechatronics/electronics. You are expert in logistical processes, have several years of experience with technical processes and bring leadership experiences.

You have a process-oriented way of working and bring significant analytical skills. The current MS Office programs can help you safely and ideally bring knowledge in SAP and PLC control technology. You are characterised by organisational capacity and sense of responsibility as well as reliability, team spirit and skill for enforcement. You possess very good knowledge of the German language in word and writing and good communicative skills as well as a binding appearance.
